Despite humble beginnings in 1798 When Reverends Bingley and Bayley Williams climbed up the east face of Tryfan in Snowdonia in search of interesting botany, rock climbing has now become a major sport and pastime of millions of people. Whether you are climbing indoors at the local gym, bouldering on roadside crags or sending long mountain routes, you can be certain of adventure, challenge and aching arms the next morning!
At Redpoint Adventure, we offer courses of various lengths to introduce you to the world of rock climbing, ensure that you are safe and self-sufficient on the crag and to aid the transition from climbing indoors to outdoors, including ensuring that you are safe and secure on the crag face, especially in emergency situations. We also offer days of private guiding, which are perfect for those with routes in mind, or for those with some experience looking for a great climbing experience without worrying about the logistics, safety or proficiency of your belayer.

This course aims to take those with little or no prior experience and introduce them to the wonderful world of outdoor rock climbing over the period of two days.
This course aims to take those with little or no prior experience to being competent, self-sufficient and safe whilst rock climbing over the course of five days.
This course aims to take those with experience of rock climbing on man-made walls to being competent, self-sufficient and safe on the mountains over the course of two days.
