Each year, Redpoint Adventure organises and runs a different multiday expedition and in 2014 we are planning a crossing of Scotland. The Southern Upland Way brings together sea, forests and mountain tops in one glorious adventure.
To maximise the wonderful feeling of remoteness, wilderness and adventure, we aim to wild camp throughout this crossing. In order to keep pack weight down, we will be replenishing our supplies every few days, but since we will need to be carrying our sleeping equipment and walking for long distances this Southern Uplans Way expedition is certainly going to be a challenge.
As well as organising the logistics and navigation, the guides of Redpoint Adventure bring so much more to a crossing of the Southern Upland Way, so you can feel assured of an enjoyable time. We have years of experience in guiding, instructing and educating so aim to impart information in a wide variety of local knowledge and experience, whilst also adapting the trip for your particular expectations.
The current dates are shown below but it may be possible to rearrange or compromise if you are interested in undertaking the Southern Upland Way, so please email us (email@example.com) and we will try to accommodate your request.
Cost of the trip
